2. Products & Services

I offer both physical products, including hand-painted safety eyes, and digital products, including crochet patterns.

I reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

While I strive to display product colors accurately, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device settings.

Because every pair of safety eyes is individually hand-painted, slight variations in color, brushstrokes, and finish are expected and make each set unique.

3. Digital Pattern License

When you purchase a crochet pattern, you are purchasing a license for personal use, not ownership of the pattern itself.

You may:

  • Download and use the pattern for personal use.

  • Make finished items using the pattern.

  • Sell finished handmade items created from the pattern in small quantities.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, translate, or upload the pattern to any website or file-sharing service.

  • Claim the pattern or any portion of it as your own work.

  • Create instructional videos or written tutorials that reproduce substantial portions of the pattern without written permission.

Whenever possible, crediting Faye Knits as the designer is greatly appreciated when selling finished items.

4. Handmade Items

Each handmade product is unique.

Minor variations between products and listing photos are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Safety eyes are intended for use in crafting projects.

They may present a choking hazard if removed or damaged and are not recommended for children under three years of age or for anyone who may place small objects in their mouth.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure products are used appropriately and safely. Faye Knits is not responsible for misuse of products after purchase.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed before an order will be processed.

7. Shipping

Processing times are listed on individual product pages.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside my control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
